Wet diaper change in public

It look like this adult baby boy have end up in a public diaper change bay his caretaker. The diaper really look like it needs to be change the front look all wet and squishy now i bet he only hope that the couple that walks bay white there dog dont look on there side. If they do they should notes that this big boy get a diaper change.
